I called because we were experiencing very low water pressure. Erik explained the problem in simple terms while educating me on how it should work and what would fix the problem. He simply laid out what needed to be done and any options that would be ideal to do while it made sense having the components apart that would improve the pressure and/or prevent future issues. the problem was fixed quickly and the results - can't ask for more!
