I was in a desperate situation with a leaky bathroom faucet and was at my wits ends dealing with a professional who had no knowledge of how to change a Moen faucet! I found Gerard's phone number in the yellow pages and came into contact with Cy.  A few words to describe my experience with Cy. she was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made arrangements to have Larry at my home within a few hours.
From the time Larry entered my home I was impressed with the little details, such as taking off his shoes in my entry way.  Once he entered the master bath he wasted no time in removing the worn out parts and installing new ones. I thought the name of our technician was Bill but I apologize for not remembering.  All I recall is that, like before, your company hires the most professional, curteous, helpful, and personable personnel.  I have always been satisfied and (BILL) was traditionally professional offering tips to keep our basement free of back-ups.  Please note the time and place to give the gentelmen his just notoriety and appreciation from me.
